GUNNERS WAIT AFTER SEMI-FINAL KNOCKS

By PA Sport staff

Arsenal will be without full-back Emmanuel Eboue, who has an ankle problem, for Sunday's FA Cup fourth-round tie with Bolton at the Emirates Stadium.

Julio Baptista could come into contention following his brace in the midweek Carling Cup semi-final draw at Tottenham, while striker Robin van Persie has now had an operation on his broken metatarsal, which will sideline him for up to 10 weeks.

Manuel Almunia continues in goal, with Jens Lehmann rested again, Freddie Ljungberg, Johan Djourou and Alexander Hleb (all hamstring) and defender William Gallas (thigh) are still out, while midfielder Gilberto is suspended.

Bolton striker El-Hadji Diouf is ruled out through suspension.

He could be replaced by either Stelios Giannakopoulos or Ricardo Vaz Te in the fourth-round tie at the Emirates Stadium.

Defender Ricardo Gardner is also pushing for a recall after the team shipped five goals at Middlesbrough last weekend.

Meanwhile Bolton have scrapped plans to bring in defender Fousseini Diawara from Paris St Germain on loan.
